Once orders are processed they are sent via DPD for UK orders and DHL for international order.
Tracking information is automatically given to you once your order is shipped. You can then track the progress of your order via email and Mobile.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with our products or would like to exchange, simply return the products, including the proof of purchase within 14 working days. The item(s) must be returned in a perfect sale-able condition, with the tags still attached.
Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.
Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), exchanges will be sent out within 4-6 working days. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your goods.
