Orders placed after 7:30PM Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the Next Working Day. E.g A order placed on Monday 8pm will be dispatched on Tuesday and will be with you on Wednesday

Please note that orders placed after 7:30pm Friday through 11:00am Sunday will be dispatched on Sunday and be with you on Monday, while orders placed after 11:00am Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and be with you on Tuesday

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as a working day.

If your order’s not quite right, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt.

You’ll need your:

• Order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email.

• Your postcode or email associated with your order.

• Some returns options require a printer.

Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.

Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.

• Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable.

• Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

• Items must have all original tags still attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 working day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

• Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

• Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.

• If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications
