  • Express Next Working Day Delivery - £4.99 (Order Before 7:30PM Monday - Thursday For Next Day Delivery)
  • Saturday Delivery - £7.99 (Order Before 7:30PM Friday For Saturday Delivery)
  • All orders above the value of £80 are shipped for FREE via Next Working Day Delivery

    Please note the following:

    • Orders placed after 7:30PM Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the Next Working Day. E.g A order placed on Monday 8pm will be dispatched on Tuesday and will be with you on Wednesday

    • Please note that all orders ordered on weekends will be dispatched the Next Working Day. Eg. A order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and will be with you on Tuesday.

      You’ll need your:

      • Order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email.

      • Your postcode or email associated with your order.

      • Some returns options require a printer.

       

      Please note that all UK returns are only to be sent via a ROYAL MAIL tracked service as other couriers will not deliver to our Returns Address.

       

      Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.

      • Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable.

      • Items must be in their original selling condition. This means they must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

      • Items must have all original tags still attached.

      • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14 working day returns period and/or for items that are not returned to us in their original selling condition. In this case, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

      • Socks can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

      • Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
